Pappa Flock in Sydney is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to set the tone on each shift, coach the crew and deliver memorable Guest experiences.

You will lead by example, drive operational excellence, ensure food safety and quality, and help develop a high‑performing team culture with pathways into restaurant management.

Pay is in accordance with the Fast-Food Industry Award 2020, with hourly rates varying based on age, employment type and classification. The advertised hourly rate reflects the adult casual rate; junior rates apply based on age in accordance with the Award. Casual rates include applicable casual loading, with penalty rates and other entitlements applying where required.Lead the Shift. Lift the Team. Create the Experience.
