The Rex - Barossa Aquatic Fitness in Tanunda, part of Belgravia Leisure, is seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator for a 6-month contract. Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will lead customer service staff and ensure a first-class experience for swimmers, patrons and parents, including Learn to Swim programs.
The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing and student-friendly with strong communication and cash handling skills.
Reporting directly to the Venue Manager, the role of the Guest Experience Coordinator will be to provide leadership and direction to the customer service staff under direct supervision and ensure the delivery of high levels of customer service. You will need to deliver services to the customers in the most efficient and effective manner and in line with Belgravia Leisure’s mission, vision and values by delivering a first-class experience for the facilities customers.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun. You will need outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence to ensure our swim school members, patrons and parents are gaining maximum benefit and enjoyment from the services provided. Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to communicate and interact effectively with all members and guests of the facility.
This role will include weeknights and weekends work as required.
