Job summary

OTR is looking for a Customer Service Representative to help create a welcoming store environment for our Guests. You will focus on delivering great service, maintaining clean shelves, and keeping the store stocked.

This fast-paced role requires the ability to multitask, work flexible hours including weekends, and be on your feet for long periods. Australian work rights and police clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Provide outstanding customer service to Guests.
• Able to work alone and in a team.
• Stand for long periods; may lift and reach.
• Have flexible hours including late nights, early mornings and weekends.
• Willing to learn and promote product ranges and specials.
