OTR Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will help keep the store clean, stocked, and welcoming while assisting customers with promotions and product knowledge.

The role requires you to be on your feet for long periods, work flexibly including late nights, early mornings, and weekends, and to confirm Australian working rights with a police clearance when required.

• Demonstrates outstanding customer service consistently.
• Comfortable working alone or within a team.
• Able to stand for long periods and may lift moderate weight.
