Voyages Tourism Australia Pty Ltd at Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT seeks a Guest Activities and Tour Guide to deliver Indigenous Guest Activities Touring and assist at the Tourist Information Centre. On-site role requiring knowledge of Uluru area and resort services.

The successful candidate will welcome guests, provide information, and represent cultural elements of Voyages Indigenous Tourism while delivering engaging tours and activities. A full Australian driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a tour guide with a passion for culture and environment.
• Delivery of Indigenous Guest Activities Touring within Uluru and Kata Tjuta National Park.
• Assisting in the Tourist Information Centre and providing resort information.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for cultural elements of Voyages Indigenous Tourism and Ayers Rock Resort.
• Welcome guests from diverse demographics and provide resort information.
• Be familiar with Uluru/Kata Tjuta and Watarrka information and partner products.

An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team! Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Guest Activities and Tour Guide to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are seeking an experienced tour guide who is passionate about culture and environment to join our Guest Activities team. This role will see you responsible for the delivery of Indigenous Guest Activities Touring as stipulated in the Ayers Rock Resort Touring program for resort guests. This will include Voyages Touring within the confines of Uluru and Kata Tjuta National Park as well as assisting in the Tourist Information Centre.

Key Duties

• Be an ambassador to the cultural elements on not only the Department but to Voyages Indigenous Tourism as a whole
• Welcoming to guests and visitors to the resort from various demographics
• Provide resort facility and general information to guests and visitors
• Familiar with Uluru and Kata Tjuta National Park and Watarrka National Park information whilst also being familiar with Voyages Activities, Tours and business partners' products
• Be able to handle guest complaints

*This role requires a Full Australian Driver's License*** preferred manual***
