Job summary

Voyages Tourism Australia Pty Ltd invites applications for an Outdoor Dining Supervisor to lead our on-site team at Ayers Rock Resort, Yulara, NT. You will oversee event-style dining, guest flow, and Roasting responsibilities, all under the Uluru night sky.

Demonstrated experience in food and beverage with outdoor dining is preferred. RSA certified candidates with a valid NT licence or the ability to obtain one will be considered.

Qualifications

• Must have RSA certification.
• Must hold a valid Australian driver’s licence (NT preferred).
• Ability to obtain NT full licence if required.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and packing down event style settings.
• Assisting guest to and from their bus onto the sand dunes.
• Welcoming and directing guest on the flow of the evening.
• Ensuring service and delivery times are met to maximise customer satisfaction.
• Management of rostered team.

Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for an Outdoor Dining Supervisor to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Ulu r u, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

Bring your passion for the outdoors, customer service and hospitality to oversee and lead the Outdoor Dining team while working under the night sky with Uluru and Kata Tjuta as your backdrop. If you have experience managing a team in food and beverage operations such as cafes, restaurants, a la carte, banquet, outdoor dining, or bar we would love to hear from you.

This role requires Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and a Full Australian Drivers Licence or the ability to obtain a Northern Territory Full Licence.

Key Duties

• Setting up and packing down event style settings.
• Assisting guest to and from their bus onto the sand dunes.
• Welcoming and directing guest on the flow of the evening.
• Ensuring service and delivery times are met to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Management of rostered team.
