Ayers Rock Resort is seeking an Outdoor Dining Supervisor to lead the Outdoor Dining team on site at Yulara, NT, near Uluru. Oversee service, guest flow, and events under the night sky, with a focus on hospitality excellence and safety.

Role requires RSA and a full NT driver's licence; you will be part of a dynamic resort team offering incentives, relocation support, and opportunities to grow within hospitality operations at a world-famous destination.

Qualifications

Ayers Rock Resort is searching for an Outdoor Dining Supervisor to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. Bring your passion for the outdoors, customer service and hospitality to oversee and lead the Outdoor Dining team while working under the night sky with Uluru and Kata Tjuta as your backdrop. If you have experience managing a team in food and beverage operations such as cafes, restaurants, a la carte, banquet, outdoor dining, or bar we would love to hear from you.

This role requires Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and a Full Australian Drivers Licence or the ability to obtain a Northern Territory Full Licence.

Key Duties

• Setting up and packing down event style settings.
• Assisting guest to and from their bus onto the sand dunes.
• Welcoming and directing guest on the flow of the evening.
• Ensuring service and delivery times are met to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Management of rostered team.
