Job summary

Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to live and work on-site at Ayers Rock Resort, near Uluru, NT. You will deliver friendly beverage and dining service across our outlets, while following RSA rules and resort policies to ensure guest satisfaction.

On-site role with relocation support and access to staff facilities. RSA is mandatory, and prior hospitality experience is valued to contribute to memorable guest experiences in a unique location.

Qualifications

• RSA certification required.
• Experience in food and beverage service preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Ayers Rock Resort, NT.

Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Food & Beverage Attendant to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are seeking a customer service enthusiast who has a passion for hospitality and providing guests with unforgettable experiences. In this role you will undertake Food and Beverage Attendant duties in an efficient and friendly manner to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction in one of our various outlets.

You will require a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) to work in this role.

Key Duties

• Follow outlet-specific sequence of service
• Prepare and serve beverages as required, whilst also following NT RSA laws and house policy.
• Ensure dietary requirements are acknowledged and addressed to all relevant parties
• Ensure guest satisfaction at all touch points in the guest journey.
