Job summary

Northrop Grumman Australia is seeking a Triton GSE & Tooling Coordinator to manage TMS, coordinate tooling and GSE/S&TE availability, and support maintenance planning. The role works closely with technical teams in a Defence aviation setting to ensure critical equipment is available when needed. Applicants should have experience with TMS, tooling management, and strong administrative skills, with CASA/DASA knowledge highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Experience using a Tool Management System (TMS).
• Experience managing tooling, calibrated equipment, GSE or maintenance support equipment.
• Knowledge of an aircraft maintenance environment and associated regulations (CASA/DASA highly regarded).
• Strong administrative and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Fork Lift Licence (highly regarded).

Responsibilities

• Manage the Tool Management System (TMS) and coordinate the availability, maintenance and compliance of tooling, GSE and S&TE.
• Oversee daily Tool Store operations and support maintenance planning activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure critical equipment is available when needed.
• Support a fast-paced aviation and Defence environment with hands-on tooling support.
