Job summary

Northrop Grumman Australia is seeking a Triton GSE & Tooling Coordinator to manage the Tool Management System (TMS) and coordinate tooling, GSE and S&TE compliance. You will oversee daily Tool Store operations and support maintenance planning in a fast-paced aviation and Defence environment.

You are organized, proactive and enjoy collaborating with technical teams and maintenance staff to ensure availability, safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience using a Tool Management System (TMS).
• Experience managing tooling, calibrated equipment, GSE or maintenance support equipment.
• Knowledge of an aircraft maintenance environment and associated regulations (CASA/DASA highly regarded).
• Strong administrative and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong focus on safety, compliance and attention to detail.
• Fork Lift Licence (highly regarded).

Responsibilities

• Manage the Tool Management System (TMS) and coordinate availability, maintenance and compliance of tooling, GSE and S&TE.
• Oversee daily Tool Store operations and support maintenance planning activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure critical equipment is available when needed.
• Provide hands-on support in a fast-paced aviation and Defence environment.
