Job summary

Just Digital People is recruiting for a growing Brisbane services business at an inflection point. The role is hands-on for the first 3–6 months, leading Google Ads, Meta Ads, and HubSpot CRM execution, plus workflows, reporting and automation to build a robust growth engine.

After establishing the engine, you will own growth across the business, managing client relationships, leading teams, and shaping commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven track record owning six-figure monthly ad budgets.
• 2-3+ years HubSpot/CRM experience with complex workflows, reporting and troubleshooting.
• Technically sharp across tracking, CRO and performance systems.
• VoIP/Aircall or equivalent experience is a bonus, not essential.
• Strong commercially and interpersonally to grow into client management and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Run Google Ads and Meta Ads day one.
• Manage CRM/HubSpot workflows, reporting and automation.

I'm recruiting for a growing Brisbane services business at a genuine inflection point. They need someone who can walk in and run performance day one, not just direct it.

For the first 3-6 months, this role is fully hands-on: Google Ads and Meta Ads, CRM/HubSpot execution, workflows, reporting and automation, plus broader tracking, CRO and performance infrastructure.

Once that engine is running properly and a dedicated Performance Lead is brought in underneath you, the role evolves into full ownership of growth across the business: client relationships, leadership, retention, and commercial strategy.

This isn't a role for a strategist who "understands" performance from a distance. It's for someone who's genuinely lived in the platforms, still is, and is ready to prove that on day one before stepping into leadership.

What I'm looking for

• 5+ years hands-on experience across both Google Ads and Meta Ads
• A real track record of personally owning and scaling individual account budgets into six-figure monthly spend ($100k+/month)
• 2-3+ years deep HubSpot/CRM experience - complex workflows, reporting and troubleshooting for clients, not just basic setup
• Technically sharp across tracking, CRO and broader performance systems
• VoIP/Aircall or equivalent experience is a bonus, not essential
• Strong enough commercially and interpersonally to grow into client management and leadership once the execution phase is done
• Fully comfortable being execution-heavy for the first 3-6 months
