Job summary

Ela & Earth on the Gold Coast is seeking a Social & Paid Media Lead to grow our organic and paid social presence across Instagram and TikTok. You will lead creative planning and execution while guiding the Social Media + Creative Assistant and Influencer + Affiliate Coordinator to ensure on-brand content and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee organic social content across Instagram, TikTok, and platforms.
• Strategically align content calendar with launches and promotions.
• Lead content ideation, trend tracking, and storytelling.
• Ensure content aligns with brand tone, visual identity and commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams for product, lifestyle and behind-the-scenes content.
• Own day-to-day Meta ad campaigns and assist with paid ads strategy.
• Test and iterate ad creatives, audiences and messaging.
• Monitor performance and contribute to optimisation discussions.
• Collaborate with management to build paid media capability.
• Support campaigns for launches and evergreen activity.
• Work with Influencer Coordinator for briefs and campaign priorities.
• Maximise UGC output, reach and efficiency.
• Track and report on engagement, growth and content performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and results.
