Superhero is an award-winning Australian investment and superannuation platform empowering self-directed investors. We’re seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid search, paid social and affiliate campaigns, while keeping our site conversion-ready and compliant.

You’ll work hands-on in ad platforms daily, leveraging performance data to test, optimize and ship landing pages. Experience in regulated industries is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on in a performance or paid media role with budgets.
• Experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager and in-platform optimization.
• Experience with a CMS such as WordPress, including landing page builds and basic HTML/CSS troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns end to end (search, PMax, display, YouTube).
• Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok as we scale.
• Manage and optimise affiliate campaigns across aggregator websites.
• Define and evolve prospecting audience strategy across search and social.
• Own day-to-day website management and on-site conversion.
