The role requires a BA/BS and 3+ years in property management, with strong analytics, marketing, and MS Office skills to drive performance and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a property management role preferred.
• Successful supervisory experience.
• Strong marketing and budgeting skills.
• Advanced mathematical skills and ability to analyze financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all community operations to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and evaluate associates.
• Develop and administer the community budget and marketing plan.
• Oversee leasing activities and property performance.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Bell Core Values and standards.
