Job summary

Greystar is seeking an experienced Community Manager for a 147-unit luxury apartment community in Redmond. You will lead the on-site team, manage daily operations, enforce budgets, and ensure compliance with housing laws while delivering exceptional resident service.

You will also nurture owner relationships, oversee leasing, and drive occupancy and financial performance through proactive reporting and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience that demonstrates the application of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community, resolve customer complaints and issues, increase sales revenues, and coordinate the work of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a collaborative member of a team

Responsibilities

• Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service
• Manage daily operations of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals
• Control expenditures by staying within constraints of the approved budget including maintenance repairs
• Oversee the lease enforcement process by approving prospective resident applications, discounts, and renewals
• Supervises property staff to ensure goals are met; this includes hiring, training, and performance management
• Assist in managing the client/owner relationship by providing updates and reporting on the property’s performance and responding to owner requests as needed
