Qualifications

• A few years of recruitment, specialist recruitment or executive search experience.
• Confidence building client relationships and developing new business.
• Strong interviewing, assessment and candidate management skills.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of your market.
• Ability to engage with senior decision-makers.
• Curiosity, initiative and a collaborative mindset.
• Good judgement, integrity and a commitment to candidate care.

Responsibilities

• Work on senior and executive searches from briefing through to appointment.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, candidates and senior leaders.
• Grow your market through business development, networking and referrals.
• Bring market and talent insights to client conversations.
• Identify and assess high-calibre candidates using structured approaches.
• Create an experience that keeps clients and candidates coming back.
• Share relationships, insights and opportunities across Davidson.
