Qualifications

Experience leading senior-level executive searches.
Ability to advise Boards and CEOs on leadership and succession.
Strong networks across business, government, health, or not-for-profit.
Integrity, sound judgment and relationship-centered leadership.
Passion for identifying and developing leadership talent.
Capacity to grow the Adelaide practice and national presence.

Responsibilities

Build and deepen trusted relationships with Boards, CEOs and senior executives.
Lead complex executive search assignments from brief through to appointment.
Provide advice on leadership, succession, organisational design and talent strategy.
Leverage networks and market insight to generate new opportunities.
Mentor and develop colleagues, strengthening capability across the business.
Contribute to strategic direction and continued success of Fish Nankivell.
Represent the firm through industry engagement, networking and thought leadership.
