Job summary

Bigboi, an Australian-born brand, seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations, translate strategy into action, and drive growth from its Caringbah NSW head office. You will own decisions, manage performance and build a high-performing team across departments as the business scales globally.

This role offers hands-on leadership, accountability for results, and close collaboration with the CEO to deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-paced automotive product environment.

Qualifications

• You will ideally have experience in a senior management position within a growing SME, wholesale, retail, distribution, consumer products or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running and overall operations of the business.
• Lead, manage and develop staff across all departments.
• Set and monitor KPIs, targets and performance expectations.
• Work closely with the CEO to implement business strategy and growth initiatives.
• Drive sales, profitability, productivity and operational performance.
• Identify issues, make decisions and take ownership of solving problems.
• Improve business systems, processes and efficiency as the company grows.
• Monitor budgets, expenses and key financial and operational metrics.
• Ensure strong customer, distributor and supplier relationships.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, training and staff performance.
• Ensure departments communicate effectively and work towards common goals.
• Oversee key projects and ensure priorities are completed on time.
• Maintain a high-performance, accountable and positive workplace culture.
