Job summary

Bigboi, an Australian-born brand, seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations, translate strategy into action, and drive growth from its Caringbah NSW head office. You will own decisions, manage performance and build a high-performing team across departments as the business scales globally.

This role offers hands-on leadership, accountability for results, and close collaboration with the CEO to deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-paced automotive product environment.

Qualifications

The Role

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management and performance of the business. Working closely with the CEO, you will translate the company's strategy into action, lead our people, manage operational performance and ensure each department is working effectively towards common business objectives. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, making decisions and being accountable for results. You will have visibility across the entire business and will be expected to identify opportunities, solve problems and continually improve the way we operate. This is a full time role based at the Company's Head Office in Caringbah NSW Australia.

About You

You will ideally have experience in a senior management position within a growing SME, wholesale, retail, distribution, consumer products or similar environment.

• A leader who can motivate a team while also having difficult conversations when required.


• Comfort with modern business tools and software (e.g. Shopify, CRM platforms)


• Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a growing, fast-paced global brand environment.


• You’ll have a great sense of humour and enjoy having a laugh with the team, while maintaining the professionalism, leadership and accountability expected of a General Manager.
