Qualifications

• Business/Marketing qualification and previous sales/ marketing experience in the education sector.
• Have 2 Years of Experience in student Recruitment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under high pressure.

• Confidence, resilience, and perseverance.
• Must be able to travel internationally and interstate.

Responsibilities

• Recruits students by liaising with onshore and offshore education agents.
• Develop and maintain relationships to drive integrated sales strategies within key recruitment channels such as education agents (national and international), partner colleges, businesses, and direct channels.
• Being a key contact point with agents and potential students to support the college's business objectives.
• Assists the Director/ PEO with the implementation of marketing strategies and advertising campaigns, and marketing events to promote the college.
• Plan, develop, and execute onshore and offshore missions (trips) to promote and drive sales.
• Working with the marketing team to deliver marketing materials to support student sales.
• Maximise revenue and growth with strategic pricing planning.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and develop relationships with key partners.
• Achieve sales targets.
