Job summary

Aphex is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to own the full funnel and drive growth across paid, organic, digital, and in-person channels. You will lead a player-coach team, set strategy, and allocate a $1M–$2M+ annual marketing budget.

Expect hands-on execution, experimentation, and cross-region collaboration. Reporting to the CRO, you’ll balance art and science to land major projects with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading growth or demand generation end-to-end: strategy through execution.
• Track record in zero-to-one and scale-up environments.
• Proven at building and leading a team, hiring well, setting expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end growth strategy against pipeline, revenue, and reputation goals.
• Deliver scalable, full-funnel demand generation with clear accountability for metrics.
• Own paid and organic channel mix across digital and in-person channels.
• Budget and agency management for a $1M–$2M+ annual spend.
• Coordinate across regions as Aphex expands into new markets.
• Drive PR and earned-media strategy to build authority in construction.
• Oversee marketing operations, attribution, and lead lifecycle.
• Lead experimentation frameworks and funnel analytics to improve efficiency.
• Hands-on execution: launch campaigns, run tests, and iterate.
• Develop the team with clear expectations and growth paths.
