Job summary

One Co Building is seeking an experienced Marketing & Growth Manager to own our marketing, brand and lead-generation efforts. You will personally design and execute strategies, own content and social media, visit projects for content opportunities, and build both the One Co Building brand and the Director’s personal profile.

You will drive campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing and CRM, turning attention into qualified enquiries and new projects.

Qualifications

• Must have built and executed marketing strategies with proven results.
• Own brand, digital marketing, social media and lead-generation strategy.
• Content and social media focus with proactive content opportunities visiting projects.
• Experience across ads platforms, SEO, CRM, email marketing and analytics for full-funnel growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing function end-to-end, including brand, digital campaigns and content.
• Develop and execute campaigns, PR, partnerships and collaborations.
• Create and manage content across social channels, film BTS content and build the brand.
• Turn attention into qualified enquiries and ultimately new projects.
