Job summary

Pattern is seeking a Marketing Assistant for our Sydney team. This externally-facing, full-time, hybrid role focuses on lead generation, brand representation, and event coordination to grow Pattern's ecommerce growth services across 60+ marketplaces.

You\'ll own campaigns, support webinars and content creation, nurture relationships with partner brands, and help expand our presence on social platforms while coordinating with sales and partnerships teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in ecommerce, marketing, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort representing a brand externally and internally.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation across events, webinars, content, and email to build Pattern's pipeline.
• Represent Pattern in-person at events and webinars to strengthen brand presence.
• Coordinate with sales and partnerships to ensure smooth lead handoffs.
• Plan and execute B2B events, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Create and maintain content for blogs, case studies, and whitepapers.
• Support PR efforts and media relations with the external agency.
