Job summary

Care GP in Sydney is seeking a Growth Marketer to own and grow our presence across organic and paid channels. You will build our digital footprint, optimise SEO and use competitor data to maximise inbound leads while running paid campaigns to recruit more Australian GP clinics.

This generalist role moves across channels, with real input into what we prioritise next, and the opportunity to shape brand and messaging as we scale.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year solid experience running growth marketing end-to-end.
• Bias to action and willingness to ship campaigns.
• Strong writing and copy skills.
• Data-driven approach; tests and metrics guide decisions.
• Experience with A/B testing on campaigns.
• Interest in healthcare, health tech, or B2B SaaS is a plus.
• Thrives in a small team wearing multiple hats.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run paid campaigns across Meta and Google to drive qualified leads from clinics.
• Grow our organic presence - social content, SEO, and our newsletter.
• Translate product updates into marketing moments with the team.
• Run A/B tests and track performance to optimise spend and results.
• Help shape brand and messaging as we scale to new accounts.
• Test new channels and formats to find what resonates with GP clinics.
