Officeworks Ltd. is seeking a commercially savvy growth leader to own and accelerate the end-to-end customer growth strategy for GEEKS2U Services.

You will shape, launch and drive new service propositions within a dynamic retail and digital ecosystem, partnering across Product, Marketing, Digital, Store Operations and more to embed services in the customer journey. You will lead cross-functional teams, optimise lifecycle marketing, and build in-store education programs to expand the customer

Formación

• 5+ years’ experience in growth, digital, or customer acquisition roles.
• Experience in fast-paced, tech-enabled environments.
• Strong capability across channel strategy and performance marketing.
• Proven ability to drive outcomes through influence and collaboration.
• Data-driven mindset with experimentation to deliver improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver end-to-end customer growth strategy.
• Design and launch new customer-driven services.
• Partner with B2B, Category, and Merchandising teams to grow revenue.
• Rebuild and scale lifecycle marketing programs.
• Build in-store education and incentive programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver key initiatives.
• Establish and track demand metrics across acquisition, conversion, retention and unit economics.
