Goodstart Early Learning seeks a Network Planning Manager – Growth to lead a team of analysts assessing new centre developments, acquisitions and investment opportunities across Australia. You will combine financial analysis with market insights to guide growth decisions.

Partnering with Property, Finance, Operations and Strategy, you’ll turn complex data into clear recommendations and build capability across the network while advancing early years outcomes.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in a formal people leadership role, including managing performance, coaching and developing team capability.
• Experience in property acquisitions, investment analysis, corporate development, commercial advisory or a related field.
• Strong financial modelling, feasibility analysis, due diligence and business case development skills.
• Experience shaping or implementing strategic frameworks or recommendations at a national or organisation-wide level.
• Sound commercial judgement, confidence working independently and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Experience using GIS or location intelligence tools would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts, setting clear priorities and supporting high-quality work.
• Guide the assessment of new centre developments and acquisitions, ensuring recommendations are commercially sound and aligned with growth priorities.
• Oversee financial modelling, feasibility assessments and investment business cases, reviewing analyses before presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate due diligence across teams and provide commercial insights to support negotiations.
• Present clear, evidence-based recommendations to help senior leaders make informed investment decisions.
• Improve analytical frameworks and reporting that support growth assessments across the network.
