Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; includes customer needs assessment and satisfaction evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of social media, personal and corporate uses, and online marketing experience.
• Knowledge of English and Chinese language structure, spelling, grammar and usage.

Responsibilities

• Undertake and evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
• Support the marketing department by scheduling and organizing the creation of website content
• Coordinate day-to-day activities with the marketing team to complete projects and tasks
• Plan and administer the marketing budget
• Input in all corporate advertising, build and maintain media relationships
• Oversee copywriting, design, layout, and production of promotional materials with writers and artists
• Specify social media plan within the Marketing plan
• Stay updated with latest developments in social media and inform internal teams
• Social media monitoring and analysis
• Prepare marketing activity reports
• Manage the WeChat accounts
