Prouds The Jewellers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Colonnades. You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll have the opportunity to step up and lead the store as needed, building your leadership experience toward Store Management in a storied Australian jewellery retailer with over 120 years of heritage. This role offers ongoing leadership development and generous Team Member discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager or equivalent).
• Passion for selling and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Ability to coach, motivate and support others to achieve sales results.
• Confidence to step up and lead the store when required.
• Strong planning, organisation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to lead, inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Lead on the sales floor and maximise sales opportunities.
• Coach and motivate Team Members to achieve sales goals.
• Take ownership of store performance and operations when the Store Manager is away.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training and development.
• Assist with inventory, rostering, visual standards and loss prevention.
• Foster a positive, accountable team culture.
