FemEdge Solutions in Melbourne’s CBD is seeking an Intermediate or Senior Accountant to join their growing team. You will deliver high-quality financial statements and tax filings for a varied client base, supported by experienced leaders through mentorship and structured development.

The role emphasises client relationships, tax planning, and process improvements, with hybrid work and clear progression paths.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified or actively working towards completion
• 2+ years' experience in public practice
• Strong accounting and taxation knowledge
• Excellent communication and client-first mindset
• Proficiency with Xero, MYOB, XPM

Responsabilités

• Preparation of financial statements and tax returns for a range of clients (companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals)
• Managing compliance work including BAS, IAS and other statutory obligations
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Assisting with tax planning and advisory work
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members (senior candidates)
• Contributing to process improvement and internal best practice
