Qualifications

• Experience leading statutory infrastructure planning, growth planning and related policy programs within a complex environment.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure network planning, demand forecasting, funding frameworks and legislative requirements.
• Ability to interpret legislation, apply governance principles and deliver defendable outcomes.
• Manage competing priorities, complex projects and statutory deadlines with a focus on quality.
