Job summary

City of Moreton Bay is seeking a Coordinator Statutory Infrastructure Planning in Strathpine to lead a specialist team delivering infrastructure planning programs and policy outcomes for sustainable growth. You will coordinate priorities, ensure compliance with legislation, and drive high‑quality results across critical projects.

You will oversee development and application of planning frameworks, demand forecasting and funding models, supported by robust analysis and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading statutory infrastructure planning, growth planning and related policy programs within a complex environment.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure network planning, demand forecasting, funding frameworks and legislative requirements that support sustainable development.
• Ability to interpret legislation, apply governance principles and deliver accurate, defensible outcomes.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, complex projects and statutory deadlines with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a specialist team delivering infrastructure planning programs and policy outcomes for sustainable growth.
