Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Demand Generation Sales Leader for the Growth team in Australia. You will lead a team of Demand Generation Representatives, coaching them to identify and acquire new customers, meetings, and opportunities.

You will align with Marketing, Solutions Architects, and Sales leaders to deliver customer outcomes and accelerate growth. You will mentor early career professionals, drive KPI achievement, and build career paths within the AWS Global Sales organisation while leveraging

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience.
• Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Experience hiring and growing top talent.
• Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting.
• 3+ years of people management experience; managing teams of 5 or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Demand Generation Representatives responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers.
• Manage team to performance KPIs including outbound calls, meetings scheduled, and opportunity creation.
• Be the trusted advisor and voice of Demand Generation within the FLM sales leadership team.
