Job summary

Novum Global in Sydney is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to lead end-to-end campaigns across APAC, partnering with sales leadership and revenue operations to drive acquisition, expansion, and measurable growth in a fast-moving SaaS and professional services market.

You will own campaign strategy, execution, optimisation, and ROI, work with content, events, and analytics, manage events across APAC, and maintain strong marketing automation and CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or marketing operations.
• Experience in SaaS, professional services, or other B2B environments.
• Proven success delivering demand generation campaigns across APAC.
• Strong lead scoring, nurturing, funnel conversion, and marketing automation.
• Proven ability to analyze campaign ROI and derive commercial insights.
• Experience partnering with sales on pipeline and revenue generation.
• Strong communication, writing, project management, and stakeholder management.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage demand generation campaigns across acquisition and upsell channels.
• Drive qualified pipeline and support monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Build campaigns across email, webinars, PPC, SEO, content syndication, events, and other digital channels.
• Partner on campaign content including white papers, case studies, landing pages, and sales enablement materials.
• Identify and manage relevant in-person and virtual events across APAC.
• Track campaign performance, ROI, conversion, and funnel metrics.
• Run A/B testing and optimise campaign performance.
• Partner closely with sales and revenue operations to improve lead flow, scoring, nurturing, and conversion.
• Use data and market insight to recommend new campaign strategies and opportunities.
• Maintain strong marketing automation and CRM discipline.
