Job summary

Clough, in alliance with Water Corporation and Jacobs, is delivering EPC upgrades at the Woodman Point Sludge Treatment Facilities in Henderson, WA. We seek an experienced Grouter to commence immediately, onsite for 10-hour days, Monday to Friday, as part of our SMP team.

You will perform grouting, concrete finishing, epoxy grout work from drawings, and install chemset bolts. Work covers greenfields and brownfields projects on tanks, pipes and pumps while collaborating with trades to achieve

Qualifications

• Trade certificate in Carpentry or equivalent.
• Construction White/Blue Card required.
• C Class licence current in Australia.
• Working at Heights ticket valid within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Grouting and concrete finishing as specified.
• Two-part epoxy grout formwork, mix, pour and finish for mechanical items.
• Cementitious grout formwork, mix, pour and finish for structural items.
• Mark out, drill and install chemset bolts.
• Interpret drawings to ensure precise layout and application.
• Collaborate with tradespeople on site.
• Work on Greenfields & Brownfields projects (tanks, pipes, pumps).

Clough is in alliance with the Water Corporation and Jacobs, to deliver the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) for the upgrade of the Woodman Point Sludge Treatment Facilities.

The scope of the project includes upgrading the facility's sludge treatment processing system. This will enable the recovery of biosolids for agricultural use. The solid material, known as biosolids, will be used as a soil conditioner. Another by-product of the sludge treatment process is biogas, which can be used as a source of energy.

We are currently seeking an experiencedGrouter to commence immediately. Based at our Woodman Point site in Henderson, you will be part of a high performing SMP team working 10 hour days, Monday to Friday.
