Job summary

NAB’s Group Transformation Graduate Program offers a hands‑on, structured pathway into complex organisational change across a range of streams. You’ll participate in rotations, work on real projects and receive mentoring as you build cross‑functional collaboration and leadership skills within a customer‑centric bank environment.

What you’ll do in Group Transformation

Through rotations, you’ll work with diverse teams and gain exposure to delivering transformation at scale. Depending on your rotation, you may:

• Contribute to strategies that improve customer and colleague experiences
• Work with product and business teams to analyse customer needs and market trends
• Help design and deliver customer propositions and solutions
• Review, strengthen and automate controls to protect customers and colleagues
• Use data and analysis to identify product and process improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with teams across NAB to deliver impactful transformation initiatives

Locations

Graduate roles in Group Transformation are primarily based in Melbourne, with a limited number of opportunities available in Sydney.

Program Start Date

The 2028 NAB Graduate Program commences in February 2028.

Eligibility

To be eligible to apply, you must:

• Be an Australian or New Zealand citizenship or be an Australian Permanent Resident at the time of applying.
• Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the past three years (2025, 2026 or 2027) or be due to complete it by the commencement of the program.
