Escape Hunt Gold Coast is seeking a Group Bookings & Business Development professional with a solid Gold Coast network to drive corporate, wedding and group bookings. The role offers base pay plus commission and flexible hours around client meetings and site visits.

You will build referral partnerships, reach out to HR and events planners, and represent the venue at local networking events to grow the pipeline.

Qualifications

• Existing network of local contacts in corporate events, HR/office management, or hospitality.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills; comfortable with outbound outreach, cold calls, and in-person meetings.
• Self-motivated and results-driven; ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging clients and negotiating group packages.
• Flexibility to attend local networking events, site visits, and occasional evening/weekend meetings.
• Previous experience in group sales, event sales, or venue business development is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Drive new corporate, party, and group bookings for Escape Hunt Gold Coast.
• Reach out to local businesses, HR/office managers, wedding/events planners; build referral partnerships.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Represent Escape Hunt Gold Coast at local networking events.
• Work with venue team to ensure bookings run smoothly while growing the pipeline.
