Job summary

Metcash is seeking a strategic risk leader to shape its Enterprise Risk Management and Business Resilience programs across a national wholesale distribution group. You will partner with senior leaders to identify, assess and manage strategic and operational risks while delivering insights to governance committees and the Board.

In this role, you will drive risk reporting, lead continuity and crisis management initiatives, oversee SoCI risk obligations, and build strong stakeholder relationships

Qualifications

• Experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Audit or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of risk, governance and assurance frameworks.
• Experience working within a regulated or complex corporate environment.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Strong communication and executive reporting capability.
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to solve complex business challenges.
