Coles Group Pty Ltd in Melbourne seeks a Group Product Manager, AI Commerce, Search & Personalisation to lead how Coles uses AI to enhance shopping experiences. You will set vision and strategy across AI-powered commerce, search, personalization and content, building a scalable product roadmap.

You’ll lead a team of Product Managers, collaborate with Engineering, Data and Design, and ensure delivery on time, within budget and aligned with business goals across omni-channel experiences.

Qualifications

• Extensive product leadership experience within retail and eCommerce environments.
• Experience leading multiple product groups, developing Product Managers and delivering outcomes through large cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience across AI-powered commerce, Search, Personalisation, product discovery or product content.
• A proactive and curious approach with a passion for understanding and testing emerging AI capabilities.
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience managing budgets, investment priorities and product performance.
• Proven ability to develop product vision and translate into executable roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across complex business units and functions.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex product and technology decisions.
