Job summary

Genesis Fitness in Newcastle is hiring a casual Fitness Coach to deliver Coaching Zone sessions and lead engaging group workouts. You will be trained in Myzone HR tech, nutrition programs, and the Coaching Zone app, while energising members with high energy sessions.

You will collaborate with the Head Fitness Coach to develop business opportunities, improve member experience, and support program growth. Passion for quality service delivery is essential.

• Prior group fitness experience is beneficial but not essential.

The Role

As one of ourFitness Coaches, you will be trained to deliver Coaching Zone sessions (small group training) as part of our revolutionary Coaching Zone program. We will train you to deliver these amazing programs, also in Myzone heart rate training technology (a key component of our program), as well as our full nutrition program and the Coaching Zone app. Our coaches love helping members by having fun and generating an amazing level of energy in the sessions (You experience in group fitness classes will be well regarded, but not essential).

You will work closely with our Head Fitness Coach and delve deep into the business development that ensures you an amazing Coaching Zone Coach.

• Effective Movement Trainer/ Mechanics of Lifting/Function Training
