Job summary

Genesis Fitness is seeking a Group Personal Training Coach (casual & part-time) to deliver 45-minute Coaching Zone sessions and to train in Myzone heart rate technology, nutrition programs, and the Coaching Zone app. You will work with the Head Fitness Coach to develop the program and advance your career.

We value energy, a proactive attitude, and the ability to engage groups of clients. Prior group fitness experience is welcomed; passionate individuals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Certificate 3 in Fitness is required and registration with Aus Active is essential.
• First Aid and CPR certification must be current.
• Working With Children Check (NSW) is mandatory.
• A valid driver's licence is required for this role.
• Experience with boxing and strength/conditioning basics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured 45-minute SGPT group sessions.
• Participate in weekly coach development sessions.
• Service and grow the Coaching Zone member base.
• Promote the program through sales, support and training.
• Follow established systems and processes.
• Inspire and lead groups of members to achieve goals.

The Role

As one of ourFitness Coaches, you will be trained to deliver Coaching Zone sessions (small group training) as part of our revolutionary Coaching Zone program. We will train you to deliver these amazing programs, also in Myzone heart rate training technology (a key component of our program), as well as our full nutrition program and the Coaching Zone app. Our coaches love helping members by having fun and generating an amazing level of energy in the sessions (You experience in group fitness classes will be well regarded, but not essential).

You will work closely with our Head Fitness Coach and delve deep into the business development that ensures you an amazing Coaching Zone Coach.
