Job summary

Belgravia Health and Leisure Group Pty Ltd in Cairns is seeking a Fitness Coach to lead Coaching Zone sessions (45-minute SGPT) and support members with energy, coaching, and group fitness delivery using Myzone technology. You will work with the Fitness Manager to grow the Coaching Zone program through sales, service and training, while following systems.

Essential qualifications include Certificate IV in Fitness, Fitness Australia registration, current First Aid/CPR, and a valid driver's

The Role

As one of our Fitness Coaches, you will be trained to deliver Coaching Zone sessions (small group training) as part of our revolutionary Coaching Zone program. We will train you to deliver these amazing programs, also in Myzone heart rate training technology (a key component of our program), as well as our full nutrition program and the Coaching Zone app. Our coaches love helping members by having fun and generating an amazing level of energy in the sessions (You experience in group fitness classes will be well regarded but not essential).

You will work closely with our Fitness Manager and delve deep into the business development that ensures you an amazing Coaching Zone Fitness Coach.

What We Are Looking For (Essential):

• Ability to engage and co-ordinate a group of clients

• Registration (Fitness Australia)
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Current Drivers Licence

Desirable:

• Level 1 Boxing
• Level 1 Kettlebell
• Strength and Conditioning Level 1
• Effective Movement Trainer/ Mechanics of Lifting/Function Training

Sessions available range from 3-6/week depending on need with an opportunity for further work within the gym or to develop your own Personal Training business.
