Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across Business Management and Reporting, Compliance, Accounts, IT, Marketing, HR and Recruitment.
• Lead a team of Practice Managers to deliver business plans and manage PMs.
• Ensure standard operating processes are in place and align with group strategy.
• Set and achieve KPIs and benchmarks with The Founder and Practice Managers.
• Represent Clements Medical Group at industry events and in the local community; some travel.
• Promote corporate culture, values and continuous improvement.

Clements Medical Groupis a locally owned general practice group serving with 6 locations across North Qld. Established in 2015, Clements Medical operate specifically with the unique health challenges of the Townsville and North QLD region and has become one of the largest networks of GPs in North Queensland.

Clements Medical Group provides a wide range of services to the North Queensland region including visiting clinics to remote towns like Karumba and providing skin cancer outreach services to vulnerable communities in the wider North QLD region. With physical clinics from Magnetic Island in the east to Cloncurry in the west, and with an array of visiting clinics in between, the Group are looking to expand services across a wider QLD footprint.

As a Pioneer in the industry, Clements Medical Group are looking to expand models of care and support to rural communities and are currently seeking a Group Operations Manager to join their team. This new role will oversee operational facets of the Medical Practice business in the area of Business Management and Reporting, Compliance, Accounts IT, Marketing, HR and Acquisition. We’re on the lookout for aGroup Operations Managerwho is ambitious about making things work brilliantly.

Reporting to The Founder, this role is part of the Senior executive team and assists with the implementation of Practice Management best practice policy, Acquisition and Growth. Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Group Operations Officer to lead the operational expansion of Clements Medical clinics across the Townsville and North Queensland region. • Oversee operational facets ofClements Medical Groupbusiness in the areas of Business Management and Reporting, Compliance, Accounts, IT, Marketing, HR, Recruitment
• Lead a team of Practice Managers to deliver on the business plans and manage a team of PMs
• Ensure standard operating processes are in place
• As a member of the senior executive team implement the group strategy with The Founder
• Set and achieve KPI’s and benchmarks for the business set in conjunction with The Founder and Practice Managers
• Implement corporate culture and values. Promote continuous improvement “can do” attitude and positive work environment
• RepresentClements Medical Groupat industry events and in the local community and promote our branding, values and ethics (some travel will be required)

Skills required

• demonstrable experience at a senior level across a variety of disciplines including operations and management
• qualifications in Business Management highly regarded
• strong leadership, communication and people management skills
• ability to take initiative, work autonomously and productively as part of a team
• establish and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external
• collaborate, negotiate and communicate with a range of audiences and stakeholders both internal and external
• solid analytical skills and attention to detail

Preferred skills include:

• demonstrable experience in the Medical Practice industry
• sound understanding of Medical Practice operational procedures and processes
• knowledge of government regulations, industry regulations, codes of ethics and best practices (eg. RACGP, AMA, AAPM, WHS, other) as it relates to the Medical Practice industry
• interest in integrating AI into business and health processes

Salary:

Commensurate with Skills but expected to commence at $ 150000 plus Super (negotiable based on experience). Package can include travel, phone and IT setup.
