Integral Diagnostics (IDX Group) is seeking a seasoned Group Manager to lead Organisational Development, Change and Communications across a national healthcare group. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will shape enterprise strategy, strengthen leadership capability and drive culture across Australia and New Zealand.

You will lead a small team of specialists, partner with the Executive Team, and translate priorities into practical, measurable initiatives that improve the employee

Group Manager, Organisational Development, Change & Communications

We are seeking an experienced Group Manager, Organisational Development, Change & Communications to join our People & Culture Leadership Team.

About the Role

This is more than a traditional Organisational Development position.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead the enterprise strategy across organisational development, leadership capability, employee engagement, change management and internal communications. Leading a small team of specialists, you will work closely with the Executive Team and senior leaders to translate business priorities into practical, measurable initiatives that strengthen culture, build capability and support organisational performance.

As IDX continues to evolve and grow, this role will play a critical part in helping shape the employee experience, embed organisational capability, strengthen leadership effectiveness and support enterprise-wide change. This is a rare opportunity to influence both strategy and execution at a whole-of-business level.

This highly visible leadership role offers the opportunity to influence culture and transformation across a growing ASX-listed healthcare organisation while helping shape the experience of employees across Australia and New Zealand.
