Integral Diagnostics (IDX Group) is seeking a seasoned Group Manager to lead Organisational Development, Change and Communications across a national healthcare group. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will shape enterprise strategy, strengthen leadership capability and drive culture across Australia and New Zealand.

You will lead a small team of specialists, partner with the Executive Team, and translate priorities into practical, measurable initiatives that improve the employee

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience leading Organisational Development, Change and/or Internal Communications functions within a complex organisation.
• Proven ability to partner with Executive and Senior Leadership Teams.
• Demonstrated capability to influence culture and deliver enterprise-wide change.
