Charterhouse Partnership is partnering with a national business to recruit a Group Management Accountant on a permanent basis. Reporting to the CFO, you will transform numbers into commercial insight and lead the finance teams across sites.

The role covers month-end close, consolidation, board packs, budget cycles and regular forecasting. You will coach AP/AR teams and drive reporting improvements.

Qualifications

• CPA qualified with a degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years in management accounting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience with consolidated and statutory financials.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Manage month-end close, GL reconciliations and monthly statements.
• Lead group consolidation and board reporting packs.
• Deliver actual vs budget analysis with variance insight.
• Oversee annual budget, planning cycle and forecasts.
• Develop projects and commercial decisions with senior leaders.
• Directly lead AP/AR teams with payroll backup.
• Drive improvements to reporting, systems and controls.
