Job summary

Little World is seeking two enthusiastic and passionate Group Leaders to join our amazing team. You will create a safe, fun, warm environment and support a quality curriculum for children aged 0–6 years, while building strong partnerships with families.

Applicants should hold a Diploma in Early Childhood and Care, be motivated, reliable and flexible, and be committed to EYLF, NQF and NQS practices. National Police Check and Queensland Blue Card are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood and Care required.
• Positive approach to supporting children and families.
• Able to pass National Police Check and Blue Card.
• Commitment to EYLF, NQF and NQS.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, fun, warm and welcoming environment.
• Support and implement a quality educational curriculum.
• Communicate with families and parents.
• Develop warm and respectful relationships with children and families.
• Utilise computer literacy for electronic programming and portfolios.
