We are seeking an experienced Group Lead, ICT Training Systems to lead a team supporting critical Defence training environments across Australia.
This role combines people leadership with strong technical oversight. You'll lead a team of engineers and ICT professionals responsible for delivering and maintaining complex training systems while partnering with internal stakeholders to develop technical solutions, support major projects, and contribute to future business opportunities.
Success in this role requires someone who has built credibility through hands‑on ICT leadership, understands how to lead technical teams, and can effectively balance operational delivery with strategic objectives.
