CAE is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and support across multiple sites, including Homebush, NSW. You will manage budgets, schedules and resources, ensuring certification with CASA, EASA, FAA and UK CAA, while driving safety, quality, and performance.
You will develop a skilled workforce through training and coaching, coordinate audits and regulatory obligations under ASIST, and support national travel as required.

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall management and coordination of maintenance and support personnel, maintenance training and development, supply support operations, budget management, and operational maintenance requirements of CAE’s training devices across multiple sites.
This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of maintenance and supply support services that enable end-user training outcomes within time, cost, quality, and regulatory requirements. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, maintain regulatory certifications, oversee operational performance, and ensure CAE meets its contractual obligations under the ASIST program.
This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing maintenance function supporting advanced synthetic training systems used in defence aviation training environments.

Your role may involve some national travel.
As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible to obtain a Defence Security Clearance to work in this role. Please be mindful that one of the main requirements to obtain a clearance is Australian Citizenship.
