Job summary

EBOS Group Limited is seeking a Finance Manager - Group IT to partner with the CIO and senior stakeholders, leading budgeting, forecasting and month-end reporting for IT operating and capital expenditure across multiple locations in Australia, New Zealand and SE Asia.

You will oversee recharge models, cost allocations and governance, while guiding offshore finance analysts and ensuring accurate financial reporting and insights for informed decision making.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 10 years' demonstrated experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Experience managing operating and capital expenditure within a governance environment.
• Strong analytical capability, financial modelling and Excel skills, with experience using financial or ERP systems.
• Proven ability to partner with non-finance and senior stakeholders in a professional services, IT or project-based environment.
• Experience in IT, technology, digital or project portfolio environment will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and month-end reporting across IT cost centres, operating expenditure and capital expenditure.
• Analyze IT cost drivers, variances and trends, providing insights and recommendations for cost control and optimisation.
• Evaluate IT projects and initiatives through business cases and investment prioritisation.
• Maintain IT recharge models and cost allocations in line with Group Finance policies and governance standards.
• Partner with IT leaders and groups to align project delivery and reporting of IT costs.
• Provide direction and escalation support to the IT finance team and senior stakeholders on financial performance and forecast assumptions.
