Job summary

Lanson Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to drive financial performance, commercial decision-making and strategic outcomes. You will partner with senior leaders across banking products to provide commercial and strategic financial insight, and lead modelling, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.

The role requires CA/CPA, strong analytical skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Finance business partnering experience in retail banking or financial services.
CA/CPA qualified or equivalent.
Strong modelling with scenario analysis and decision support.
Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to provide commercial and strategic financial insight.
Deliver financial modelling, scenario analysis, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Provide robust financial analysis and recommendations for strategic decisions.
Translate financial information into clear insights for senior stakeholders.
Support strategic initiatives and major projects from a financial perspective.
Challenge performance and align outcomes with objectives.
Support revenue, cost, productivity and profitability targets.
